13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
14. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
You and QuickFactHunt agree to resolve disputes via final and binding arbitration instead of in court, with limited exceptions. Class action lawsuits are not permitted. Arbitration will follow JAMS rules and be held in San Francisco, California, unless otherwise agreed.
Before initiating arbitration, both parties must attempt informal resolution through a good-faith conference.
15. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remainder will continue in full force.

Ads: Clearly labeled as “Sponsored” or “Advertisement.”
Right to Be Forgotten (RTBF): Users in the EU/UK may request removal of personal results under GDPR/DSA.
Other Requests: DMCA, defamation, or privacy-related issues are reviewed upon submission.
